3: Finalize Your Order
After the details are set, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive quote. Upon agreeing to the terms, you’ll sign and return the quote to us.
4: Process the Payment
Upon order placement we require a deposit —usually 50% of the total order. You can pay via EFT.
5: Pre-production Sample Approval
Before full production begins, we’ll create a sample for you to review and approve. This ensures you’re satisfied with the final product before mass production starts.
6: Production and Quality Assurance
During the manufacturing process, our team will conduct regular quality checks to ensure the garments meet our high standards. We will also keep you informed about the progress of your order.
7: Complete the Payment
After production is complete, we’ll send you photos of the finished items and request the remaining balance, including any shipping costs.
8: Shipping and Delivery
Once payment is finalized, we will carefully pack and ship your order. We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
